Steve was the most responsible person (in any field) I have ever dealt with. I am a doctor, and I have to say that his care and attention to detail rival and surpass that of most people in medicine. His knowledge of Natick is encyclopedic and he was very accommodating and patient with our being nervous, first-time home buyers. A great (all-around) human being. He radiates warmth and respect.
