About Steve

My experience with Steve was very positive. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He was the listing agent for the house I was interested in at the time and eventually bought. I hired him shortly after to list my house, which he sold. When I decide to move again, he will definitely be the first person I call.

We knew Steve and his family personally before we ever considered him for real estate brokerage purposes. Steve, Alex, and the entire "Team Leavey" were outstanding! We couldn't be happier with all their great work, from our first meeting with Steve on St, Patrick's Day to the closing on June 28/29.

We contacted Steve Leavey because he had the best reviews for a local realtor on realtor.com, and for good reason! We loved working with him. He was realistic and optimistic and we loved that he was always on our side. We were a bit clueless going into negotiations and he was incredibly helpful while still letting us call the shots. His recommendations for inspectors and mortgage brokers were spot on. And, we also had a great experience with the other members of his team, specifically Alex. She even sat with our sleeping kids in the car so we could both be at the inspection!

Steve was the most responsible person (in any field) I have ever dealt with. I am a doctor, and I have to say that his care and attention to detail rival and surpass that of most people in medicine. His knowledge of Natick is encyclopedic and he was very accommodating and patient with our being nervous, first-time home buyers. A great (all-around) human being. He radiates warmth and respect.

Steve was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was patient, extremely accommodating to our schedules, and incredibly knowledgeable. We looked forward to our meetings with him and he made an otherwise extremely stressful process very enjoyable. We would (and already have) recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
